How We Get Your Goodies to You
We’re all about keeping things colourful - including your delivery experience! We ship from both New Zealand and Australia, so your orders will fly out from whichever country they’re stocked in.
Need your order urgently?
Select ‘Local Pick Up’ at checkout and collect your order at a time that is convenient for you from Clevedon (Auckland), 2582, or Success (Perth), 6164 (that’s SOR in Perth-speak). Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification asking for you to contact us via email or text message to arrange a collection time.
Please note that once fulfilled, orders are only able to be held for seven (7) days. We’re so keen for you to receive your order and so every effort will be made to contact the you prior to the order being cancelled and refunded.
Free Shipping
Not a fan of payment for shipping? Us either! Add all your favourites to your cart, or team up with a friend as standard shipping within New Zealand and Australia is free for orders over $120!
Shipping Within New Zealand
Courier of Choice: NZ Post for most parcels, because they’re as reliable as your kids colouring within the lines (sometimes!).
Urban Areas: Most goodies arrive overnight once shipped, but please give us up to 3 working days just in case.
Larger Orders: These go via NZ Post’s economy service, or with Team Global Express, taking 3-5 working days to get to you.
Shipping Costs: Flat rate of NZ$10, with free shipping for orders over NZ$120.
Rural Deliveries: Please allow an extra 2-4 days for delivery to rural areas.
Great Barrier Island: We’ll need to calculate a special surcharge - drop us a line for a quote.
Shipping Within Australia
Courier of Choice: AusPost, delivering your treasures with care.
Australia Post STANDARD: Delivery times range from 3-10 working days after your order has been fulfilled.
Australia Post EXPRESS: Please allow up to four (4) business days for express delivery.
Rural Areas: Allow a little extra time for these - around 2-4 additional working days.
Shipping Costs: Flat rate of AU$12.95, with free shipping for orders over AU$120.
International Orders
Shipping Costs: These rates are displayed at the checkout.
Delivery Times: 3-10 working days, but customs can be a wildcard!
Customs/Duties: Any extra fees are up to you. If your parcel gets returned to us for reasons out of our control, shipping costs are non-refundable.

We’ll send you an email the moment your order is packed and ready to roll. You’ll get another update when it’s on its way and a final confirmation once it’s delivered. If you don’t see our emails, check your spam folder – we promise they’re not junk!
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We’re all about keeping the planet as happy as your kids with a fresh set of markers! Our packaging is moving toward recycled and eco-friendly materials. Bubble wrap? Only if it’s absolutely necessary (and let’s be honest, it’s also fun to pop!).

Disclaimer
How long does it take to process my order? We’re pretty speedy with the packing of your orders, we’re as eager as you to get them to you! Generally in-stock orders will be on their way to you within three (3) business days, however, during school holiday periods, sale and peak periods (including Black Friday and lead up to Christmas) it may take up to ten (10) business days to fulfill your order. As a small business, when we do take the occasional holiday we will update this on the website and social media to make you aware of any delays.
Once we have carefully packaged your order, you will receive an email with tracking details for you to follow.
Please be sure to triple-check your delivery address on your order, as Colour Me Kids will not be responsible for any incorrect deliveries or returned orders as a result of order shipping details being incorrect.
If you have opted for Express postage, please be aware that this upgrades the speed of your package once handed over to the courier (I.e. NZ Post or Australia Post). Options for Express postage unfortunately will not speed up the fulfillment time of your order, which is processed in the order that orders are received.
AUSTRALIA - Please note that the shipping timeframes provided by Australia Post are an estimate only. Orders are all dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.
NEW ZEALAND - Please note that the shipping timeframes provided by New Zealand Post and Team Globel Express are an estimate. Orders are all dispatched from Clevedon, Auckland.
Shipping time may vary depending on location, peak periods and other postal delays due to incidents. Colour Me Kids will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of shipping delays caused by our shipping provider.
